Cancellation Policy |
Appointment Cancellation
Customers with Scheduled Appointments may cancel for a full refund until one hour before their scheduled appointment. After that point, the customer may still request a refund, but will be charged $60 or 10% of the value of the original workorder (whichever is greater) for the Service Professional's consultation.
Rescheduling
Customers can reschedule with Install It Today at any time prior to their scheduled appointment, though we ask that whenever possible you provide notice at least 24 hours in advance of the original appointment time. This allows us to notify the Service Professional and to make the best possible effort to provide service exactly when and where you need it.
Beyond 24 hours, Install It Today pledges to still make our best effort to have a Service Professional on site when it is most convenient for you.
